Into the highlands of Ethiopia, where mist sits low over the coffee trees. The Bear walked among heirloom varietals, watched the natural process, breathed the air where floral, berries, and stonefruit grow wild.

Somewhere between mountains and forest, the Bear found yuzu honey that's bright, fragrant, unlike anything he'd tasted. Behind it was oatmilk. Together, they became something new he called Honey Bear. A drink worth recording.

Curious, the Bear tried it another way. He let Honey Bear melt, softening at the edges, slowly becoming something else. He called it Honey Bear Affogato.

The Bear followed the warmth of the the tropics, where he found giant pineapples and bananas. "Nana Bear", his notes say. Tastes like summer, familiar yet refreshing.

And somewhere along the way, the story found its way to us, now served across all 103 outlets for a limited time.
